How far in advance should I place my order?

You can place an order well in advance, or order last minute! On weekdays, orders can be placed for same day store delivery until 5pm local (store) time. For business deliveries, and during busy holiday time periods like Christmas, Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, we recommend that you order further in advance. Orders for Saturday store delivery should be placed before 3pm local (store) time. Sunday deliveries vary by location.

For catering items, orders can NOT be placed same day. Items can only be purchased for next day or future dates.

Can I choose/change the container?

All of our containers and packaging are specifically designed to accommodate the size of our arrangements and to complement the appearance of each fresh fruit creation. Containers may vary from those shown on our website.

What kind of chocolate do you use?

We use 100% real chocolate in all of our dipped fruit arrangements and products! Our fruit is dipped in either gourmet semi-sweet or white chocolate.

How long will the fruit last?

Our fruit arrangements are sold at the peak of freshness, so we recommend that you enjoy your gift right away. If that’s not possible, keep the original wrapping and refrigerate your gift immediately upon receipt. Once it as has been removed from the original wrapping, remove the fruit from the skewers, place it in an airtight container, and refrigerate immediately.

Our chocolate dipped fruit is exceptionally fresh, and should be consumed immediately. If that’s not possible, you should keep the original packaging, refrigerate immediately upon receipt, and enjoy within 24 hours of receipt.

Does your fruit contain preservatives?

No. Our fruit is all natural. No preservatives are ever added.

My people who received the Peace and Doves Bouquet loved it. They said it was beautiful, fresh-looked like it was made fresh the same day it was delivered. They were very impressed, but most of all exited! and dug right in!! Thank you for doing a great job. Happy Holidays!! And even the ones I've ordered in the past for patients, they've been just as beautiful.

I really want everyone to know how wonderful the service is at the Whitby location. I needed something more special than flowers, but not sure about the fruit arrangement as it was for a loss in a friends family. The girl was very helpful and caring. I did order the Peace and Doves Bouquet, to be delivered the same day. They included a sympathy card. The arrangement was so beautiful. So very impressed with this company and staff. Thank you for making a sad day more brighter.

I just wanted to post my comments from my whole Experience with this Location today from My Ordering to the Deliver today. I have not had Great Customer Service like this in a very Long Time The guy I'm sorry but I forgot his name was Great helping with my order and knowing it was being send to a Family member for the loss of family member . We even got to laugh a bit and he treated me like he know me for ever . He was A Great guy to deal with and when my Brother and his Family received this today on time like he said it would they called me crying telling me that the fruit Arrangement was so Beautiful and that made there day. After there loss today. I just can't Thank you for making may experience so Great . I wish you and the Company all the Best in the Future . I can't say enough for the service I received today. I called in the morning for a delivery the same day - on Easter weekend! Not only did they make this happen but when I provided the wrong delivery address, they didn't panic or try to reach me. The delivery person solved the problem on the spot, found the correct address and took the perishable arrangement to the right house. When I realized my mistake in the afternoon and phoned to try to see if the problem could be fixed, I was relieved and thrilled to know that it had already been taken care of! I was very impressed and pleased. Thank you Edible Arrangements in Windsor!!!
